В Белграде живет молодая и небогатая семья : Младен, Мария и их десятилетний сын Неманья. Однажды родители узнают, что их сын смертельно болен и ему нужна дорогостоящая операция за границей. Где же взять простой сербской семье 26000 евро? Как то Младен встречает человека и тот предлагает ему деньги на операцию для сына. Единственное, что должен сделать Младен — убить человека. Взбешенный Младен отказывается от такой сделки, но когда здоровье сына ухудшается, он обдумывает предложение и решается на ответственный шаг. Младен спасает жизнь любимому сыну, но теряет свою душу…
