Hello, I'm looking for a movie that I saw on german tv long time ago.
What I still know is: it was a feature film in b/w and dealt with a gang of children in a destroyed european postwar town.
Members of the thieving and murdering gang were a little girl and her little brother who visited some kind of a vaudeville theatre in the ruins. There was performed something about a foreign (oriental?) emperess and the girl was highly imperessed with that and imagined herself and her brother into that position, then she left the destroyed town together with her brother for whom she has always been very caring.

It is none of the works of italian neorealismo and neither one of the films mentioned at "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rubble_film" and "http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tr%C3%BCmmerfilm"

Anyone have any idea?
