Want to know the title of a movie, its of horror-terror.

Only remember part of the final:

that supposed to be somehow a haunted house, and that the basement is flooding and a boy in in there and then their parents unlock the door, then the hose grabs the boy from the leg to prevent him from escaping.

But his parents pull him out and the boy escapes the flooded basement.
