This is a US movie, *at least I think its a movie*. I got one scene that stuck and I'll do my best to describe it.. I've been searching for this for a looong time.

All I remember is that I think, a family went on vacation and was at a house next to a lake. Their 2 kids wondered up to the lake but surprised to them they saw an alien ship just hovering.. *I think it had like a purplish glow on the bottom*. Then the kids got abducted by the aliens..

Well, I think it was maybe early 90's.. I'm sure it was before FOX and ABC networks switched channels.

I'M pretty sure it wasn't a Disney movie.. It might have a been a made for TV movie.

More info about the scene, the ship was black with a purplish glow on the bottom.

The 2 kids were probably around 7 or 8?

maybe it was in the late 80s *shrug*
