All I can remember is a string of a few scenes in which you see a girl in an ambulance, knocked out for whatever reason, and then she wakes up in what I can only describe as Hell. She's freaking out, wondering where she is when the table she's laying in locks in her arms and legs (spread). A demon/monster comes by, very dark with red eyes and the surface of its body looks like an exoskeleton, I assume his monster genitalia come out to proceed to rape the girl, but just as he enters, a bright light shines above and the girl is sucked out of the "Hell" and brought back to consciousness. A bible verse appears on the screen and A man begins to speak.
