Seven-year-old Sang-woo is left with his grandmother in a remote village while his mother looks for work. Born and raised in the city, Sang-woo quickly comes into conflict with his old-fashioned grandmother and his new rural surroundings. Disrespectful and selfish, Sang-woo lashes out in anger, perceiving that he has been abandoned. He trades his grandmother's only treasure for a video game; he throws his food and he throws tantrums. When Sang-woo's mother finds work and finally returns for him, Sang-woo has become a different boy. "Дорога к дому" (Jibeuro) - фильм повествует о столкновении двух миров - молодого городского мальчика и его старой бабушки, которая живёт в деревне. Смогут ли ужиться совершено разные люди? Семилетний Санг-ву отправляется к своей немой бабушке в деревню, пока его мать ищет работу в родном городе. Мальчик совсем не привык к деревенской обстановке, особенно когда нет электричества. Санг-ву сразу входит в конфликт со своей бабушкой, она всю жизнь прожила в деревне и хочет вырастить хорошего внука, для которого материальные ценности не будут главными в жизни. Так проходит день за днём, и мальчик начинает постепенно изменяться... Фильм "Дорога к дому" стал призёром фестиваля в Сан Себастьяне в 2002 году./
