You are not Alone is not a remarkable film in terms of acting quality, plot or overall atmosphere. Although the two main characters have been suitably chosen to reduce the blatancy of the relationship; albeit little more than puppy love, one gets the impression that they were at odds with their special roles, and as such, the actual intention of the story was not convincing enough. What does come across as fairly remarkable is that of the Scandinavians attitude and tolerance towards burgeoning homosexuality is a healthy and sensible one, and compared with other societies that have adopted a narrow-minded attitude towards such relationships, it is a breath of fresh air, and top marks to them.
Peter Pan is alive and well, but which Peter Pan, I hear you ask?
this kid has the most cutest face and a great actor his face expressions are real this is a great movie only thing weird about it is the way it jumps scenes but its a great movie about life keep in mind its old movie today this movie would be concidered gay and loose its whole point
A sweet movie that is a little dated, Bo and Kim find love amid a repressive (for the 1970s') coed private school. The young actors are quite good in this film. The parents have the usual trouble about teenagers and puberty. The ending is a little far fetched, but this movie does have a heart.
