La bambina che non voleva cantare (TV)

Little Nada lives in the Tuscan countryside in the early 1960s. Her world is made up of her grandmother Mora, her sister Miria, her father Gino, a kind and quiet man, and her mother Viviana, often suffering from severe depression that keeps her apart from her daughter and the world. When Nada's talent for singing is discovered, the fragile little girl is convinced that only her prodigious voice has the power to heal her mother. And so, between the joy of seeing her mother finally happy and the fear that the disease might return on the horizon, Nada grows up accepting Viviana's wishes for her, until that great talent outlasts even her own fears: everyone will soon discover the unique voice of that little girl who didn't want to sing.
