Gegege no nyôbô (TV series)

A morning drama from NHK, it tells the story of manga artist, Shigeru Mizuki and his wife. Mizuki's most famous work was Gegege no Kitaro and the drama takes it name from this, substituting Nyobo - meaning wife - for Kitaro, the hero of the manga. Based on the autobiography of Nunoe Mura, it mostly takes place in Showa period Japan. - IMDb
