In just a few days, adopted Hanneke will start high school for the first time. It's always exciting, but even more so after being ridiculed by three very blonde, straight-haired, and rather similar-looking peers. From that moment on, Hanneke is obsessed with just one thing: getting rid of her lush afro. That proves to be a bigger challenge than expected.
