Robert, 13, has fallen in love with Eva, with whom he has been communicating via his computer. He goes to visit her, but something is wrong, either she doesn't exist or she is being held captive. Sasja, a girl from Robert's class, is initiated into the mystery, and together with her friends they try to expose an international computer gang specializing in financial crime.
