Riccardo is a 48 years old truck driver, divorced from Sara, and an ex drug addict, who lives with his 10 years old daughter, Angela, and his mother. He also works for a criminal organization secretly transporting illegal immigrants in his truck. Riccardo is ordered to take home with him and take care of a little african girl named Maisha, unaware of what his boss wanted to use her for, that is to sell her organs to the black market.
