Thomas (10 years old) and Susanne (14 years old) are exposed to severe violence by their father. He has become unemployed, feels abandoned and lonely and has started to drink. Their mother is rarely at home - and this torments him further. One day the problems become unmanageable. Estimated 15,000 children in Denmark are exposed to physical violence by their parents every year.
