A simple guy named Sunduk because of his love for his village Antonovka constantly gets into trouble. This time, he could not get past the acute problem - illegal pollution of territories with garbage. Sunduk, realizing that the local government takes the position of "I don't see a problem - there is no problem," takes the initiative into its own hands and arranges a fishing championship to attract public attention.
