Chheleta

'Cheleta' is the story of Gopal, an orphan boy who lives in his own world that is close to nature. The milk-woman of the village and another village woman care for him but he is a carefree soul. His best friend is the stray dog. He is rebuked for his ways but he doesn't care for anything. He is thrashed by villagers for his naughty ways, thrown out of social gatherings but nothing affects him. The only being he is concerned about is the dog. So, when the dog is killed by Sammadar for eating his food he is left heartbroken. He is an ordinary boy close to nature in the imperialistic society and so seems to be a misfit. - IMDb
