From James Broughton- poet, playwright, and avant-garde film visionary- comes this spiritual odyssey into the landscape of dream. A hero embarks on a voyage to a strange island where he stumbles upon the labyrinthine grove of the Feminine Mysteries. There he encounters figures from the Great Mother's World, such as Artemis, Lilith, Hippolyta, and Hecate. He undergoes their initiations in order to win the favor of the Goddess, finally bringing about his own rebirth.
