From the director Tito Davison, comes this Mexican coming-of-age movie, released as early as 1980. It's about a nine-year-old boy, played excellently by Pedro Fernandez, who is placed in an orphanage run by catholic priests, after a separation from his father. Even after reunion, his father still thinks this is the best place for his son because he doesn´t feel that he has enough time for him. The boy is very upset about this but has to adjust to these new circumstances. At the orphanage he plays with the other boys and sings in the boy's choir.
