When Benno's parents go on a holiday, they decide to let Benno stay at Oskar's place.
Oskar, a retired electrician, is bored with life and hopes to bring back some joy into his life by watching the hyperactive Benno. Little does he know what he is getting into!
Very enjoyable 'Dennis the Menace' type of movie from Germany. Great fun and definately worth watching!
