Police officer Jean Martin experiences personal problems after many years in the sexual abuse department. Thus she demands to be transferred to the homicide/robbery department or she will quit the force. Her request is granted and while concluding her final case in the former department she gets involved in the investigation of a brutal teen gang of robbers.
