As a new member I would like to say that I think that this is a great site and I'm pleased to have joined it. My question is that some or most of my screen is blacked out. Is that normal for this site or is there something that I can do to rectify it.

Curious, how great is the resolution of your monitor?

Strange, you shouldn't have too much "black" on your screen.

About a quarter of the sides of my screen are black. That means an eighth per side. How much is on your screen?

My reply to Joey was "mine is about one eighth black on the right hand side but when I open a page in key words it is sometimes three quarters black all sides. This happens on all my hard drives,
WIN XP, WIN 8 and on my Samsung Galaxy mobile(android OS)" The black out changes with each page opened.

I have changed my web browser from Google Chrome to Fire Fox and the black has been reduced to 1cm at the bottom of the screen only.
